Position Summary

Continental Dairy Facilities Southwest, LLC is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Summer Intern to support cross-functional projects. This role provides hands-on experience in HR operations, policy development, onboarding, and internal process documentation—ideal for someone pursuing a career in human resources or organizational development.

Key Responsibilities

  • HR Projects
    • Assist in developing Behavior Based Interview packets for all departments
    • Support onboarding and training content creation, including video script development
    • Conduct HR-related research and help document policies, practices, and compliance processes
  • Project Coordination
    • Track timelines, compile meeting notes, and prepare content drafts for leadership review
    • Help ensure that all deliverables are accurate, consistent, and completed on schedule

Qualifications

  • Enrolled in a bachelor’s program in Human Relations, Human Resources, Business, or a related field
  • Strong GPA (3.75+ preferred)
  • Previous experience (e.g., HR internship or consulting exposure) is a plus
  • Strong communication, organization, and writing skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
