How you will create an impact

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented TA Specialist to support end-to-end recruitment activities and TA operations across the business. This role will work closely with the TA Manager to drive hiring delivery, particularly for high-volume hiring needs such as inbound call center, Early Career and associate level positions in Singapore.

The ideal candidate is resourceful, organized, people-oriented, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment with strong execution and stakeholder coordination skills.

Recruitment & Hiring Delivery

  • Support the TA Manager in end-to-end recruitment activities to meet business hiring targets and manpower needs.

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for inbound call center, associate level, and Early Career positions in Singapore, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding support.

  • Drive high-volume recruitment campaigns while ensuring a positive candidate experience.

  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through job portals, referrals, social platforms, campus partnerships, and other sourcing channels.

  • Coordinate and support recruitment activities relating to the organization’s Early Career Program in Singapore, including engagement with educational institutions and campus recruitment initiatives where applicable.

  • Conduct initial candidate screening and assessment to ensure alignment with hiring requirements and organizational culture.

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates in a timely manner.

  • Prepare and manage employment offers and recruitment documentation in accordance with internal processes and policies.

  • Support recruitment events, career fairs, walk-in interviews, and selected employer branding initiatives where required.

 

Stakeholder Partnership

  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, timelines, and workforce requirements.

  • Provide regular recruitment updates and hiring progress tracking to the TA Manager and relevant stakeholders.

  • Support recruitment-related queries from candidates and internal stakeholders professionally and promptly.

 

Talent Acquisition Operations

  • Support day-to-day TA operations and administrative processes to ensure smooth recruitment execution.

  • Maintain accurate candidate records, recruitment trackers, and ATS/database updates.

  • Assist in recruitment reporting, hiring metrics tracking, and data consolidation.

  • Support process improvement initiatives to enhance recruitment efficiency and candidate experience.

  • Ensure compliance with internal hiring processes, policies, and documentation requirements.

 

 

What you’ll need to succeed 

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related disciplines.

  • Experience in recruitment or Talent Acquisition operations, ideally within high-volume hiring environments or in the Financial Industry.

  • Experience in call center, operations, or Early Career hiring will be advantageous.

  • Strong coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements and work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Organized, adaptable, and detail-oriented with strong follow-through.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and recruitment systems/ATS platforms.
