A Little More About The Role:
We’re looking for a Total Rewards Manager to serve as a key member of our Human Resource team, owning the administration and execution of Gravie’s compensation and benefits programs. This role is critical to ensuring our employees have access to competitive, well-administered total rewards that support their wellbeing and reflect our mission. You’ll be a hands-on operator who partners across the Director, Total Rewards to deliver a seamless employee experience.
You will:
· Investigate and resolve file feed data errors, ensuring accurate and timely data exchange between systems and vendors.
· Manage benefits-related email communications, serving as a reliable and responsive resource for employees at all levels.
· Manage the Leave of Absence process in close partnership with Payroll, ensuring compliance and a smooth employee experience from initiation through return.
· Own the new hire benefits onboarding experience, ensuring employees understand and can effectively utilize their benefits from day one.
· Process ADP new hire enrollments, life events, domestic partner affidavit processes, and annual enrollment with accuracy and efficiency.
· Act as the primary point of contact for employee benefit questions, delivering timely, knowledgeable, and empathetic support.
· Collaborate with insurance brokers and carriers to resolve administrative issues, ensuring plan compliance and optimal service delivery.
· Manage market pricing and benchmarking requests for new roles; review job descriptions to ensure appropriate classification and pay grade alignment.
· Complete participation in all salary surveys and other ad hoc compensation surveys to ensure Gravie’s data is current and competitive.
· Administer 401(k) and Health & Welfare annual testing, maintaining compliance and coordinating with plan administrators and auditors as needed.
· Provide level 1 support to the HRBP team and Payroll, serving as a knowledgeable resource for benefits and compensation inquiries.
· Partner with the Total Rewards Director & HRBP’s on the annual merit process and administration, including data preparation, communication, and system updates.
· Provide support and partner with the Finance team on compensation-related reporting, budgeting, and accrual data as needed.
· Manage wellness and benefits workshops and communications that align with and reinforce Gravie’s Total Rewards strategy.
· Demonstrate commitment to our core competencies of being authentic, curious, creative, empathetic and outcome oriented.
You bring:
· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
· 5+ years of experience in Total Rewards, Benefits & Compensation Administration
· Hands-on experience with ADP and/or Rippling for benefits enrollment and administration
· Working knowledge of 401(k) and Health & Welfare plan compliance and testing requirements
· Experience with compensation benchmarking, market pricing, and job evaluation methodologies. Knowledge of Radford/Aon &/or Culpepper is beneficial.
· Strong analytical and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex benefits concepts clearly to employees at all levels
· Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced, growing organization
Extra credit:
· CCP, CBP, or CEBS certification
· Experience in a high-growth or start-up environment
· Familiarity with wellness program design and benefits communications best practices

The salary range for this position is $100,000 - $132,000 annually. Numerous factors including, but not limited to, education, skills, work experience, certifications, etc. will be considered when determining compensation.
