At our core, we are a technology company that is disrupting a massive industry with cutting-edge software and operational concepts. Powered by algorithm-based optimisation, dynamic routing, end-to-end tracking and a data-driven approach, we provide best-of-class delivery services that delight both the shippers and end customers. But we are just getting started! We have much room for improvement and many ideas that will further shape the industry.
The Human Resources Unit manages the entire life cycle of each employee - from attraction, recruitment, onboarding, development, retention and separation. The unit focuses on strategizing initiatives and solutions that build a close-knit culture, encourages professional and leadership growth and drive high performance among employees. It also ensures that the company is compliant to work and compensation standards set by relevant government agencies such as the Department of Labor.
As part of the Human Resources Unit, the Human Resources Intern will gain hands-on exposure across key HR functions, supporting the team in managing the employee life cycle. The intern will be involved in Talent Acquisition by assisting with recruitment activities such as candidate screening, interview coordination, job postings, and recruitment reporting. They will also support Compensation and Benefits initiatives through administrative assistance in payroll processing, benefits documentation, data tracking, and coordination with internal stakeholders. In Employee Relations, the intern will help address employee inquiries, support documentation of HR cases, assist in employee engagement activities, and ensure proper maintenance of employee records in compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
This role provides a strong foundation for understanding how HR strategies support Ninja Van’s fast-paced, tech-enabled logistics operations while contributing to a positive and high-performing workplace culture.
