Job Summary: As an HRPM, you’ll play a key role in shaping Cubic India’s people strategy as we continue to scale our Global Capability Center. This role blends strategic business partnering with hands-on HR project management — from driving engagement programs and org transitions to enabling business readiness for rapid growth.
You’ll collaborate closely with business leaders, HR COEs, and global counterparts to deliver people initiatives that are data-driven, agile, and aligned with Cubic’s transformation journey.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Program Liaison & Execution
- Act as the primary regional interface with HR COEs to ensure alignment and localization of global HR strategies.
- Translate corporate HR programs into actionable regional plans, ensuring relevance and impact across diverse functions.
- Lead the execution of HR initiatives in the region, including performance management, engagement, DEI, and talent reviews.
2. Functional Partnership & Customization
- Collaborate with functional HRBPs and business leaders to assess needs and tailor HR programs accordingly.
- Analyze workforce trends and feedback to recommend targeted interventions by function
3. Talent & Capability Development
- Partner with Learning & Development and Talent teams to design and implement regional skill enhancement programs.
- Support succession planning and leadership development efforts in collaboration with COEs and business stakeholders.
- Champion initiatives that build future-ready capabilities and foster a culture of continuous learning.
4. Data-Driven Insights & Reporting
- Monitor program effectiveness through metrics, dashboards, and feedback loops.
- Provide insights and recommendations to HR leadership based on regional data and trends.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and corporate policies.
- Ensure consistent communication and change management support for HR programs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
- 6–8 years of HR experience with at least 3 years in an HRBP or HR project management role.
- Strong background in managing HR programs, change initiatives, or transformation projects.
- Solid understanding of core HR processes (performance, engagement, talent management, employee relations).
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
- Experience in a global or matrixed organization preferred.
- Project Management certification (PMP, Agile HR, or equivalent) is an advantage.
- Proficiency with HR systems (Workday preferred) and MS Office tools.
