HR Administrator supports teams with handling administration of off-shore employee data, has the responsibility of handling travel documentation and supports crewing teams with updating HR systems upon request.
Your Responsibilities
Depending on area of operation, The HR Administrator (offshore employee services) is responsible for the following tasks related to offshore employees:
Supporting Crewing Coordinators and Rig Teams upon request with offshore employee data updates to the systems
Uploading and collecting personnel documentation upon request
Is responsible for arranging travel documentation, visas and work permits for offshore employees per process created by HR Advisory.
Is responsible for tracking and renewing visas and work permits
Supporting Crewing Coordinator with creating Audit Trails for offshore employees
Per agreement supporting other relevant and Ad Hoc administrative requests within Crewing
Our Requirements
Formal education at Bachelor's level or equivalent
Excellent English communication skills (B2/C1)
Strong service-mindset and communication skills to maintain close dialogue with employees
Attention to details
Flexibility, Pro-activeness, and prioritization skills are required
