Job Summary:
We are seeking an HR Operations Specialist to join our team and drive operational excellence across HR processes. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a strong understanding of HR systems, and is passionate about delivering a seamless employee experience.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize HR processes including onboarding, offboarding and employee data management.
- Assist with payroll inputs, benefits administration and HR reporting.
- Generate documents, as required or requested by employees, such as job change letters, salary certificates, reference letters etc
- Manage daily requests and queries received from employees through the HR Case Management tool in a timely and professional manner.
- Act as a subject matter expert for HRIS systems, in particular Workday.
- Identify process gaps and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
- Drive and deliver documentation of HR Operations processes.
- Report on trends in employee queries and requests to support decision-making.
- Liaise with counter-parts in teams outside HR Operations to partner on improving process and employee experience.
- Partner closely with the HR Operations Manager & HR Generalist Team to support the day-to-day delivery of HR Operations.
Preferred Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 4+ years of HR operations or shared services experience in a multi-national environment.
- Proficiency in Workday, DocuSign and MS Office.
- Strong knowledge of HR processes and compliance requirements.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.
- English language skills required, other European languages are a plus
