HR Operations Analyst

We’re looking for an HR Operations Analyst to join our Human Resources team at MBPS. In this role, you are expected to process and monitor Workday transactions such as job changes, position updates, compensation changes, hires, and terminations.

Position Responsibilities: 

  • Manage and monitor a wide range of Workday transactions (job/position changes, compensation updates, hires, terminations) while ensuring data accuracy through audits and validations.
  • Provide first‑level support to employees and managers for Workday navigation, self‑service tasks, and troubleshooting issues.
  • Handle Workday ticket queues, collaborate with COE to meet SLAs, and support system updates through testing, impact analysis, and documentation maintenance.
  • Recommend and implement process improvements, exercising sound judgment in situations not covered by standard procedures or guidelines.
  • Communicate effectively with cross‑functional teams, offering process guidance and delivering clear, customer‑focused support.

Required Qualifications: 

  • 2–5 years of experience in Human Resources/Workday Systems and strong understanding of HR processes and employee lifecycle workflows
  • Background handling Workday and/or Salesforce                       
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Amenability to work on mid shift            

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Proficiency in Microsoft tools 
  • Demonstrates effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to clearly convey information and ideas to diverse audiences. 
  • Ability to apply critical thinking and problem-solving skills in a work environment.
