Are you passionate about training, technology, and helping others succeed? We are seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented Home-Based Training Ambassador to support partners and internal staff in maximizing the value of our software solutions. In this role, you will deliver engaging technical training, develop clear and practical learning resources, and support ongoing education initiatives to ensure successful onboarding and continuous learning. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys translating complex software concepts into user-friendly experiences and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced SaaS environment.
REQUIRED CORE COMPETENCIES
Technical & Instructional Expertise: Experience in training, education, or instructional design—preferably within SaaS or software environments—with the ability to simplify advanced concepts into clear, actionable learning.
Engaging Communicator: Strong verbal and written English communication skills with the confidence to present to diverse audiences and facilitate interactive sessions.
High Technical Aptitude: Quick to learn new systems and tools, with the flexibility to adapt to evolving software features and processes.
Training Development Skills: Ability to create structured, practical, and user-friendly training materials, guides, and documentation.
Collaborative & Cross-Functional: Comfortable working across departments and partnering with internal teams to address training needs and close knowledge gaps.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Lead onboarding training for new Syncore and Commercio Partners across Sales, CSR, Finance, Graphics, and Production teams.
Host weekly training sessions for new users in Sales, CSR, and Finance roles.
Maintain training registration and new-user setup, including creating and distributing role-based training materials.
Create onboarding materials and assist with department-specific training for internal staff.
Provide training for Success Team members on new releases, Syncore features, and other topics as needed.
Review, update, and improve internal and external training documentation.
Offer troubleshooting support and Q&A sessions to deepen user understanding of the company's software.
WHAT WE LOOK FOR
Education – Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business, Education, English, or a related field.
Experience – 1-2 years of experience in training, education, or instructional design (preferably in SaaS or software environments).
Language Proficiency – Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
Work Schedule – Ability to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or within US operating hours.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and virtual communication platforms.
Experience with QuickBooks and/or NetSuite integrations is a plus.
Experience with General Accounting Principles is a plus.
WHAT WE OFFER
Salary Range: PHP 45,000 – 50,000
