About the Role

This is a fixed‑term role supporting the EMEA HR Operations team by helping ensure employee data is accurate, well‑controlled, and consistently maintained. You play an important part in enabling reliable HR processes in a fast‑paced, evolving environment where priorities may change and timely, accurate delivery matters.

The role is hybrid, based in our Madrid office, combining on‑site collaboration with flexible remote working.

What You’ll Do

  • Support high‑quality HR operations by maintaining accurate employee data across HR and Time & Attendance systems, enabling reliable payroll, benefits, and reporting outcomes.

  • Contribute to the day‑to‑day administration of HR data, ensuring information is processed consistently, accurately, and on time.

  • Help ensure smooth cross‑functional delivery by building effective working relationships with HR colleagues and key stakeholders, supporting clear data flows and ownership.

  • Identify and raise opportunities to improve data frameworks and operational processes, helping them remain robust and scalable as the environment evolves.

  • Provide clear guidance to managers and stakeholders on correct data usage and maintenance, supporting data integrity and reducing rework.

  • Manage invoice workflows, ensuring appropriate governance, approvals, tracking, and timely, accurate payment processing.

  • Administer employee benefits data and perform statutory or manual calculations as required, delivering outputs that are accurate, auditable, and aligned with defined processes and documentation standards.

What You’ll Bring

  • Experience supporting HR operations or administrative processes involving employee data.

  • Demonstrated ability to maintain accuracy and consistency across multiple data sources and systems.

  • Experience working with payroll‑ or benefits‑related information in a controlled, detail‑focused environment.

  • Comfort managing time‑sensitive work while balancing competing priorities and seeing tasks through to completion.

  • Confidence working collaboratively with multiple stakeholders to support aligned processes and outcomes.

  • Experience supporting HR operations in a regional or EMEA environment.

  • Exposure to third‑party benefits or insurance providers (e.g., pensions, medical, insurance).

  • Familiarity with data governance or controlled data frameworks.
