Job Description Summary Global: HR Manager, Ningbo


This position is responsible for management and implementation on all HR modules including strategic hiring, talent and organization development, Compensation and Benfits, Employee Relations and Engagement, Performance Management and compliance, as well as administration and facility management of Ningbo plant.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

Work closely with leadership teams in Ningbo plant to establish credibility as a trusted advisor, provide ongoing HR support, guidance and solutions, building and maintaining influential relationships with managers, to effectively support the smooth operation and achieve organizational objectives.

Understand the business strategy and identify opportunities to improve organizational capability, drive culture change to align the organization with the strategy. Diagnose gaps between current and desired organization performance, and deploy actions to resolve gaps, including organization re- design, process change, coaching and training.

Build organizational capability through ownership of talent management process, including talent acquisition, assessment, performance management, strategic talent review and development, build solid training plan and effectively implement the planned trainings.

Drive employee engagement to provide and optimal work environment for all employees, build a strong employer branding through action plans of DEI and engagement survey, monthly employee activities and effective communication strategies.

Manage and continuously develop employee compensation structure, reward and recognition program, drive pay-for performance culture to align with business objectives.

Understand and consider all applicable legal and compliance implications when making business decisions and protect the organization by ensuring compliance with all labor laws.

Oversee Watts Ningbo HR Talent Life Cycle Operations, onboarding, termination, records maintenance, contract renew, probation, promotion, payroll, IIT compliance and benefits to deliver high quality and cost-effective HR solution.

Work closely with business to clear define scope, roles and responsibilities for all positions, be responsible for the regularly updates regarding the assignments’ progress and ensure organization charts and job descriptions for every employee position are in place, up-to-date and accurate.

Ensure 100% data accuracy in workday and IHR system, as well as accurate and complete documentation for all HR materials and employee profiles;

Be accountable for all HR reports and data analysis, continuously improve HR policy, process and system;

Lead the team to manage administration job within Ningbo facility, ensure smooth operation, proper and cost-effective solutions;

Proactively support regional and global HR initiatives, and complete other tasks assigned from business and HR locally and globally.
