HR Executive - Payroll
Job Summary:
The Payroll Executive – HR is an individual contributor role responsible for managing payroll operations and ensuring statutory compliance. This position requires high accuracy, confidentiality, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless payroll processing and employee support.
Essential Functions:
Coordinate with the Payroll Processing team to ensure accurate and timely monthly payroll.
Maintain and update employee records for payroll processing, including:
Oversee statutory compliance filings and ensure timely payments (PF, ESIC, PT, Bonus, LWF, Gratuity, etc.).
Handle employee queries related to payroll and statutory compliance.
Manage PF requests approval and exit date updates in the portal.
Collaborate with Chartered Accountants, Finance, and Audit teams for payroll validation and compliance checks.
