A Day in Your Life at MKS:
As a HR Data Analyst you are responsible for helping define a strategy to leverage data analytics for the entire HR function with a strong bias to utilize technology for efficiency and effectiveness. You will play a critical role in supporting the HR team in their efforts to leverage recently implemented technologies in building out functional reports and dashboards to drive self-service reporting.
You Make An Impact By:
Develop reporting and analytical solutions within Workday using custom and delivered reports, calculated fields, and dashboards
Leverage reporting, data analytics and dashboards to provide HR insights for routine and ad-hoc operational requests
Provide guidance to local teams for HR initiatives or around usage of metrics/data/KPIs through data visualizations and analysis for HR leadership and Executives
Perform data collection for analytic projects to support HR Business functions in their data metric development
Manage and maintain data governance to ensure data accuracy of HCM platforms
Skills You Bring:
A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree, MA/MBA preferred.
2-5 years of HR data analyst, or a related role is a must.
Workday experience (prefferebly Workday HCM), Workday Report Writer, Power BI
Microsoft Suite experience, specifically Excel proficiency
Experience with multinational HRIS practices and implementation efforts
Compensation and Benefits:
Salary Pay Range: 65,016.00 - 120,744.00 USD Annual, based on qualifications, experience and training, operational and business needs and other considerations permitted by law.
Bonus: This position is eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, in an amount to be determined by MKS [or as applicable].
