About your team :

The CPO department consists of the two functions Human Resource and Communications. It involves having oversight of all aspects of human capital management and corporate affairs which includes a number of areas of expertise working together collaboratively - talent acquisition, talent management & development, compensation & benefits, employee relations, HR Business Partnering (HRBP), Corporate and Employee Communications.

About your role :

This is a temporary role covering for a maternity leave, starting as soon as possible until 31 December 2026. Working closely with the EMEA HRBP team, you will provide the full range of operational HR support to teams within EMEA Distribution and Client Propositions across 16 countries in Continental Europe and the UK. In addition, you will also help coordinate HRBP activities across the Luxembourg office, in close collaboration with functional HRBPs in other locations.

Together with HRBPs, you ensure that managers are equipped to deal with people matters appropriately and that the people agenda is being reflected in all decisions. You will do this by:

  • Acting as a point of contact for employees across EMEA and CP, to proactively deal with enquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner
  • Supporting HRBPs to run cyclical HR activities such as talent reviews, the annual compensation review & salary benchmarking exercise, and the bi-annual promotion cycle
  • Assisting with employee relations topics through to resolution, engaging with managers to promptly address issues in a timely manner and contribute to the HR components of change management
  • Reporting and Analytics: Prepare regular reporting. Use Workday and other tools to help with talent data and reporting
  • Providing operational HR Support for all offices in EMEA as well as local HR support for Luxembourg office in coordination with HR Shared Services in India
  • Contributing to ad-hoc projects as required

About you :

  • A first experience in an operational HR role, ideally supporting employees in more than one location
  • Communicate confidently and professionally with employees and managers
  • Have a Customer Service focus and positive attitude; solutions-oriented problem solver
  • Good attention to detail and excellent organisation skills
  • Great team player with a strong sense of commitment to all team members
  • Work efficiently and meet deadlines while maintaining high confidentiality at all times
  • Work independently, show initiative and take full responsibility for completion of duties
  • Fluent English is required. Additional European languages are an advantage
