This opportunity is open to candidates based in Poland, Krakow, and requires supporting not only local HR operations, but also remotely covering processes and activities related to offboarding, leave management, and employee lifecycle changes across multiple countries within the EMEA region. The position offers the opportunity to work in a cross-country setup, collaborating virtually with stakeholders and HR teams in various countries.
In this role you will serve as the expert on HR-related topics, providing guidance on offboarding, leave management, employee changes, and assisting employees with topics related to HR procedures and self-service usage. You will be the first point of contact for queries coming from employees via tickets (Jira), ensuring prompt and effective responses; you will identify and understand customer needs, clarify every issue thoroughly, provide timely updates and deliver final solutions that meet their expectations.
This position requires working closely with internal colleagues to ensure high accuracy of resolutions and to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. You will be evaluating incoming questions, handle the majority of cases, and dispatch cases that require in-depth subject matter expertise to the responsible teams. You will contribute to the preparation and verification of monthly payroll inputs related to offboarding, leave management, and lifecycle changes across multiple EMEA countries as well as contribute to the continuous improvement and streamlining of HR processes. Important part of the role lies in documenting HR processes and updates to ensure clear communication and consistency across the team as well as will provide support on HR People Processes across the EMEA region, focusing on areas such as offboarding, leave management, employee lifecycle changes and related activities.
The EMEA SSC Talent Administration & Offboarding Specialist is dedicated to supporting and simplifying the employee lifecycle—specifically focusing on Talent Administration (Promotions/Transfers), Leave Management and Offboarding processes.
