THE JOB:
You keep the engine of the hotel running! As a Houseperson at MGM National Harbor, you support the housekeeping team and help keep guest areas clean, stocked, and ready for the next arrival. If you enjoy staying active, working with a team, and taking pride in a job well done, this role puts you right at the center of the action!
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
Support Guest Room Attendants by clearing trash, linen, and supplies from housekeeping carts
Deliver requested guest items in a timely manner
Vacuum hallways, stairwells, and lobby areas
Mop and clean tile and marble floors in assigned areas
Dust lamps, mirrors, pictures, and fixtures
Clean restrooms in assigned public areas
Maintain supply inventory and restock housekeeping lockers and carts
Prep guest rooms by removing trash and linen before attendants begin cleaning
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
At least 18 years of age
High School Diploma, GED or equivalent (preferred)
Previous housekeeping experience in a hotel or resort setting (preferred)

Pay Rate:
The rate for this role is:
$21.00
This rate represents a good faith estimate of the wage rate that MGM reasonably expects to pay for the position upon hire.
Pay will not be below any applicable minimum wage.
Should overtime be worked, employees are paid overtime pay in accordance with state requirements.
