The DCX Client Services - Home-Based Sales Support Manager will work as a full-time employee for a growing business based in the United States. You will have the opportunity to demonstrate your leadership, management, and customer service expertise while overseeing a dynamic Sales Support team. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations, consistent process improvement, and exceptional service delivery to both internal and external clients.

REQUIRED CORE COMPETENCIES

  • Organization & Time Management – Effectively manages multiple tasks, prioritizes workload, and meets deadlines while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.

  • Problem-Solving Skills – Applies sound judgment and analytical thinking to identify challenges, develop solutions, and ensure seamless project execution.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Oversee the proper execution of Service Level Agreements to ensure targets are consistently met or exceeded.

  • Manage and coach Sales Support Team members to improve performance and productivity.

  • Drive business results by executing operational gap management plans and ensuring an excellent customer experience.

  • Collaborate with Sales Coaches and build strong peer relationships to ensure alignment and efficiency.

  • Develop and implement training programs for new hires and ongoing team skill development.

  • Manage workload assignments, approve PTO, and ensure adequate team coverage.

  • Research order issues, identify causes, and implement effective resolutions.

  • Conduct performance appraisals and write annual reviews for team members.

  • Create and update Standard Operating Procedures and internal process documentation.

  • Review and submit timesheets, manage team KPIs, and oversee daily operations.

  • Identify and recommend solutions to enhance team efficiency and sales productivity.

  • Support interdepartmental coordination and cross-functional collaboration.

  • Perform additional duties as assigned by leadership.

WHAT WE LOOK FOR

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.

  • Experience: 3–5 years of management experience, preferably in the promotional products industry or a customer service environment.

  • Proven track record in leading, supervising, and motivating teams to achieve performance goals.

  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.

  • Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced setting.

  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making abilities.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Suite (Sheets, Gmail, Drive).

  • Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce, Oracle, or NetSuite.

  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana) is a plus.

  • Salary Range: PHP 60,000 – 65,000

  • Job Type: Full-time

  • Industry: Promotions

  • Work Shift: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST (USA)

  • Workdays: Monday to Friday (USA)
