Are you a highly detail-oriented and proactive professional who thrives in handling multiple responsibilities with precision? We’re looking for a Home-Based QA, Documentation & Executive Support Specialist to join our DCX team. In this role, you will work closely with the CEO of a growing technology and consulting firm, supporting software quality assurance, documentation, client onboarding, and executive operations. WHAT YOU WILL DO 

Software Quality Assurance

  • Execute detailed test scripts covering every page, feature, and workflow across our platforms

  • Document bugs with precision — screenshot, URL, expected vs. actual, severity

  • Regression testing after each deployment

  • Exploratory testing — try things a real user would try, find edge cases

  • Verify fixes and confirm nothing else broke

  • Maintain the test log with a running record of results
     

Documentation & User Guides

  • Write step-by-step user guides for every feature (screenshot-heavy, for non-technical users)

  • Create and maintain onboarding checklists and SOPs

  • Keep documentation current as features evolve

  • Build an FAQ knowledge base from client questions

  • Format and polish client-facing deliverables

Client Onboarding & Support

  • Walk new clients through the platform via video call

  • Help clients upload their data (test reports, factory documents, compliance records)

  • Answer client questions and document feedback

  • Track onboarding progress per client

Executive & Administrative Support

  • Research — companies, regulations, competitors, industry trends

  • Meeting preparation and follow-up notes

  • Document formatting, proofreading, and organization

  • Calendar management, correspondence, scheduling

  • Data entry, verification, and cleanup

  • Anything else the CEO needs done well and on time

 

WHAT WE LOOK FOR 

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field 

  • Experience: 1-3 years of proven experience as an executive assistant/virtual assistant or experience with software testing or QA.

  • Language Proficiency: Strong verbal, written, and English communication skills. 

  • Working schedule: Ability to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or within US operating hours 

  • Technical Skills:

    • Background in product safety, compliance, supply chain, or regulatory affairs

    • Familiarity with SaaS products, web applications, or tech startups

    • Experience writing user documentation, help articles, or training materials

    • Knowledge of the promotional products industry

    • Familiarity with EcoVadis, sustainability reporting, or ESG

    • Experience with tools like GitHub, Supabase dashboard, Render deployment dashboard, Google Workspace, Notion, or similar.

    • Browser developer tools (Console tab for error messages — we'll train you)

    • Screenshot and screen recording tools Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 (documents, spreadsheets, email)

    • Zoom/Teams (client and internal calls)

    • Markdown (for test reports and documentation — simple text format)

 

WHAT WE OFFER 

  • Salary Range: PHP 50,000 - 55,000

  • Job Type: Full-time 

  • Work Shift: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST (USA) 

  • Workdays: Monday through Friday (USA)
