The ability to build strong relationships at all levels through open, collaborative communication.
An approachable, clear communicator who can share information confidently and concisely.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and draw meaningful conclusions.
Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively engage and influence diverse teams and stakeholders.
The ability to work independently, balance multiple priorities, and meet deadlines with confidence.
Familiarity with sustainability practices in the food or beverage industry (a plus).
Desired technical skills including Excel, SharePoint, Articulate, and web design/layout.
Experience in identifying training needs, coordinating learning activities, and supporting the development of engaging training materials.
Above all, you’re someone who takes pride in doing great work, loves to learn, and enjoys being part of a supportive, high-performing team that’s making a difference.
