The breadth of our portfolio and the scale of our company ensure that you can take on new challenges and new roles as our business and mission-impact expands.

You should have a proven record of successfully growing business on large and strategic opportunities, and an ability to work collaboratively as part of the larger Federal Health division. A demonstrated customer intimacy and in particular, an understanding of the strategic direction for HHS (AHA, FDA, CDC, ACF, SSA, HRSA, IHS) is very important.

  • Support technical modernization strategies, strategic captures, and business development in alignment with GDIT HHS related Strategy.

  • Establish C-level relationships across the federal health portfolio and help bridge GDIT Technology capabilities with the developing HHS IT Modernization strategy across various agencies.

  • Leverage existing relationships to: (1) enhance execution and support organic growth across strategic programs (2) provide technical feedback on identified and qualified new business opportunities in the HHS pipeline.

  • Provide high-level consulting, strategy, and leadership across the HHS Business Area related to large, enterprise programs and initiatives.

  • Develop and support implementation of strategies to address HHS Department-wide initiatives to include various HHS OpDivs like: SSA, CDC, HRSA, FDA, and CMS.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:

  • BS degree and 10+ years of senior leadership experience in federal operations, sales, and/or technical business management.

  • Demonstrated experience leading large programs and enabling IT modernization strategy across HHS federal customer landscape at an enterprise scale.

  • Extensive background providing strategy for federal government program modernization; to include operations, and successful federal procurement focus on mission and Health IT services

  • Experience understanding customer needs for cutting edge technology and digital transformation; and how to deliver and advise on solutions for HHS and other Federal government customers. Experience with SSA strongly preferred.

  • Specific experience and familiarity with AI/ML, Cybersecurity, Zero Trust, Enterprise Architecture

  • Location: Hybrid position split between remote and a GDIT office or travel to customer sites.

  • Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance and/or Public Trust.

The likely salary range for this position is $161,500 - $218,500. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
