ISsoft Solutions is looking for a HelpDesk Engineer to join our team in Batumi on a part-time basis. This role is a great fit for a technical problem-solver, who enjoys fixing things and wants to grow with a team. There's a potential for this position to turn into a full-time role. While some tasks can be done remotely, you'll need to be ready to come to the office to resolve technical issues and hardware problems on-site.
What You'll Do
- PC administration: installation and reinstallation of Windows and applications;
- Network setup on computers, Wi-Fi configuration, Ethernet cabling, UTP cable crimping, RJ45 socket wiring;
- PC hardware maintenance (replacing power supply units, memory, HDD/SSD, CPU thermal paste, fans, etc.);
- Diagnosing software and hardware issues;
- Assisting with office maintenance;
Job Requirements
- Knowledge of software (installation and configuration, proficiency in basic office applications at an advanced user level);
- Knowledge of PC hardware (repair and assembly, replacement of components);
- English proficiency - from Intermediate level;
- Knowledge of Russian;
- Secondary specialized or higher technical education (final-year students are also considered);
Nice to Have:
- Experience with Linux and (or) MacOS;
- Previous experience in a similar technical support or helpdesk role;
