The Head of Hunting, West US leads a team of Business Development Executives focused on new agent acquisition, profitable network expansion, and delivering strong financial and operational results across complex Designated Marketing Areas (DMAs). This role owns the end-to-end new agent sales process, from prospecting and pipeline development through contract negotiation, onboarding, and transition to account management.
This position sets strategic direction, manages forecasting and pipeline planning, and uses data-driven performance processes to maximize productivity and ROI. The leader collaborates cross-functionally with Marketing, Operations, and Account Management to ensure seamless activation, strong brand representation, and long-term partner success. Directly manages 2–8 team members and influences broader market strategy.

Salary
The on-target earnings range is $140,000 - $155,000 USD per year, which includes a base salary plus a high-impact commission structure and long-term incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on candidates’ qualifications, skills, and competencies.
