Job Summary
HP is transforming how we plan, produce, govern, and activate marketing and commerce content on a global scale. We are hiring someone to lead the implementation and adoption of an AI-first content solution to operationalize AI-assisted content production with enterprise guardrails.
This role sits at the intersection of Marketing, Technology, Creative, Data, and global and regional teams.
The successful candidate will define the target operating model, implement scalable workflows, integrate systems and data, and establish measurement loops that improve speed, cost, quality, and performance.
Responsibilities
Strategy & Transformation Leadership
· Define and execute the roadmap for HP’s content transformation program aligned to HP business priorities (category, region, channel).
· Design the future-state content model (intake, briefing, workflow stages, approvals, QA, localization, publishing) including roles, RACI, SLAs, and governance.
· Lead cross-functional alignment to standardize processes and drive adoption across global and regional teams.
Delivery & Rapid Execution
· Build and lead fast-paced, multi-functional teams to deliver end-to-end solutions—from discovery and design through build, launch, and iterative optimization.
· Operate with a product delivery mindset: ship MVPs quickly, validate with users, and scale what works through disciplined iteration.
· Drive execution under high ambiguity, compress timelines, remove blockers, and maintain momentum across multiple workstreams.
· Establishes a “ship fast, learn fast” delivery model that keeps HP competitive as AI accelerates marketing production cycles.
Platform Implementation & Integration
· Lead requirements, solution design, configuration direction, and rollout of AI & automation capabilities supporting the content lifecycle (e.g., workflows, governance, modular content/experience delivery, GenAI tooling).
· Partner with IT/Engineering, solution providers, and implementation partners to integrate upstream and downstream systems (e.g., product data/PIM, DAM, analytics, activation platforms).
· Establish scalable taxonomy/metadata standards, versioning, rights management, and content reuse patterns.
AI-Enabled Content Production (Production-grade, Not Experimental)
· Identify, prioritize, and implement AI-enabled marketing use cases (e.g., copy packs, variants by persona/market/channel, localization/transcreation, social-first rapid response, eCommerce modules).
· Build a structured system for AI usage: template libraries, tokenized inputs, guardrails, human-in-the-loop review, and regeneration rules with locked constraints.
· Implement quality frameworks (evaluation criteria, golden sets, QA gates, audit trails) to ensure brand safety, compliance, and accuracy.
Governance, Risk, and Compliance
· Partner with Brand, Legal, Privacy, and Accessibility teams to define risk tiers, approvals, prohibited claims/terms, and compliance requirements.
· Implement auditable processes for approvals, provenance, and policy adherence across markets and channels.
· Drive continuous improvement to reduce rework and ensure consistent, compliant outputs.
Measurement & Operational Excellence
· Define KPIs and dashboards to track transformation impact: cycle time, cost per asset, throughput, QA pass/fail, reuse rate, localization speed, and downstream performance.
· Establish operating cadence (weekly execution, monthly adoption/quality reviews, quarterly executive readouts).
· Connect performance insights back into templates, workflows, and AI generation rules to optimize output quality and effectiveness.
Education & Experience Recommended
· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or related field (MBA or Master’s preferred).
· 15+ years of experience in Marketing, Digital Experience, eCommerce, or transformation roles.
· 5+ years leading large cross-functional programs in a global, matrixed organization.
· Demonstrated experience implementing AI marketing technology solutions, with strong preference for Adobe ecosystem experience (e.g., Workfront, GenStudio/Firefly-related workflows).
· Proven ability to operationalize GenAI use cases in marketing with governance, quality controls, and measurable outcomes.
