THE OPPORTUNITY:
At Clari + Salesloft, our Staff Product Designer will be pivotal to our company’s success. You will be a key member of our fast-growing and high-performing team in India. We're looking for a Staff Product Designer with a passion for solving problems, and curiosity to uncover business user needs and behaviors to help transform revenue processes into meaningful product experiences. You will be part of a multi-disciplinary product team collaborating closely to grow our product capabilities to meet the needs of our ever-expanding customer base. You must be driven, action-oriented, and understand the importance of collaboration with cross-functional teams. You must be experienced in designing B2B enterprise software.

On a day-to-day basis, you will be responsible to -
Own the experience vision across multiple product areas, aligning it with company-level objectives.
Foster strong, trusted partnerships with Product and Engineering; jointly define problems, influence roadmaps, and embed design considerations early.
Understand our roadmap commitments, plan and deliver value to our customers via incremental and major enhancements.
Drive design decisions by championing the use of user research and data, translating both quantitative and qualitative insights into effective design solutions.
Effectively communicate design concepts and articulate rationales behind design decisions to a broad range of colleagues, stakeholders, and end-users
Set a high standard for the design organization by demonstrating the application of strong design principles, frameworks, and rigorous review processes.
Deep fluency with agile principles and adapt design process to sprint cadences at scale - including how design leads, tracks and hands off work across multiple teams..

Requirements:
8+ years experience as a professional UX/UI Designer
A strong portfolio demonstrating business acumen, design strategy, and data-driven decisions in B2B SaaS space
Experienced practitioner of user-centered design
Experience in designing across multiple platforms, device types, and contexts such as iOS, Android, and web
Experience in elevating design team’s collective craft through active mentorship, constructive peer feedback Proficient in Figma
Proficient at using AI tools in design process
