We are looking for a Head of Consumer Insights!
The Head of Consumer Insights drives the CI function at Group level focusing on consumer understanding (vs. brands focused and portfolio strategy focused), operating as custodian of frameworks and methodologies for all consumer-related insights generation.
Ensure generation and delivery of actionable and purposeful insights relating to consumer understanding, especially in the fields of Equity Measurement, Trends, Foresight, Social Listening, overall Conviviality evolution.

Your key missions are:
Set and own state‑of‑the‑art insight frameworks, protocols, and methodologies that are data‑driven, cost‑efficient, and business‑relevant
Drive strong adoption of insight tools and platforms through training, guidance, and usage monitoring
Lead core consumer insight disciplines, including Demand Understanding, Foresight, and Equity Monitoring
Shape and frame insights for global brands and local markets, ensuring consistency, reliability, actionability, and independence
Continuously streamline the function to deliver maximum business impact at optimal cost, including harmonization of methodologies and global supplier optimization (MSAs)
Serve as the key reference for market insight reports, consolidating best practices, archiving outputs within The Insights Factory, and sharing regular updates with MLT and Senior Management
Lead and federate the global insights community, strengthening capabilities, collaboration, and alignment across markets
Deliver high‑impact, ad‑hoc insights to strategic stakeholders (Investor Relations, M&A, Strategy & Transformation, Public Affairs)
Oversee key consumer insight KPIs (Prime, Share of Search, etc.) through 360° dashboards, in close partnership with Business Performance teams
Lead the global Nielsen (sell‑out+) relationship, ensuring business needs are fully integrated

You are a recognized expert in consumer understanding, with a strong data and analytical culture
You combine strategic thinking with the ability to translate insights into clear business actions
You have proven leadership and team management experience, and enjoy working in a project‑driven, collaborative environment
You are an excellent communicator, with strong synthesis and storytelling skills
You are fluent in English
