Join Qonto as a Growth Analyst to own how we plan, measure, and incentivise our commercial teams across Europe.

You will be the go-to business partner for sales leadership, turning data into strategic recommendations that drive performance and fairness.

This role sits at the intersection of sales strategy, compensation design, and business analysis. Your work will directly shape how we set targets, design incentive frameworks, and scale our sales engine across Qonto's 8 markets — especially as we accelerate with our credit license and expanding sales force.

➡️ As a Growth Analyst at Qonto, you will:

  • Own the sales compensation cycle end-to-end: Ensure accurate target setting, bonus calculations, and cascade-down across all sales teams by managing the full process in Amalia, Salesforce, and Workday.
  • Design and challenge compensation frameworks: Drive measurable impact on sales performance by building and iterating incentive rules, accelerators, and governance mechanisms alongside our Compensation & Benefits Director.
  • Deliver strategic sales planning: Improve forecast accuracy and resource allocation by modeling 6-to-12-month plans covering headcount, KPIs, targets, and budget for sales and partnership teams.
  • Turn analysis into business decisions: Unlock efficiency gains by producing deep-dive analyses on sales incrementality, BPO performance, and campaign ROI that directly inform leadership decisions.
  • Be the trusted, objective business partner: Strengthen alignment between Growth leadership and Finance by managing stakeholder relationships with senior leaders, pushing back when needed, and ensuring compensation decisions are data-driven and fair.

➡️ What you can expect

  • A scope that combines compensation design, sales analytics, strategic planning, and stakeholder management in a high-visibility role.
  • A fast-moving environment where agility matters — missions evolve, org structures shift, and you will need to adapt frameworks continuously across multiple markets.
  • A role where seniority means owning the "what" and the "how" — you are expected to challenge senior stakeholders, not just execute.
  • Opportunities to leverage AI and LLM-enabled tools daily, as the entire team already relies on them for analysis and reporting.

➡️ About your future manager

Your manager will be Elisabeth, our Lead Growth Performance.

  • Her path: Elisabeth built her career across investment banking and fintech. She joined Qonto in 2021 and has grown through multiple roles — Senior Growth Analyst, Revenue Growth Expert, Senior FP&A Manager — before taking the lead on Growth Performance.

➡️ About You

  • Experience: You have at least 5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Business Analysis, or a similar analytical role within a sales-driven environment. Experience in a high-growth tech company (fintech, SaaS, marketplace) is a strong plus.
  • Technical Mastery: You have strong skills in Excel/Sheets (modeling, forecasting) and SQL. You are comfortable working with compensation tools (Amalia or equivalent) and CRM systems (Salesforce). AI is reshaping the way we work, this is a must have to accelerate our work, You are AI fluent.
  • Compensation & Sales Expertise: You understand sales compensation mechanics — target setting, variable pay structures, accelerators/decelerators — and can design frameworks, not just operate them.
  • Strategic Influence: You combine analytical rigor with the confidence to challenge senior stakeholders, push back on requests, and own recommendations end-to-end with full autonomy.
  • Languages: You are fluent in English (B2-C1 level minimum).

Qonto is committed to diversity and inclusion. We encourage all candidates who see the value they can bring to our team to apply.
