The role will support the development and strengthening of our Group HR department and supporting directly our CHRO.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Manage, schedule, and confirm appointments, travel reservations, expenses and draft meeting agendas
  • Manage administrative staff and control documentation generated by departments
  • Control, manage and supply stock and material
  • Managing and updating distribution lists
  • Organizing events, adhoc support when needed
  • Other agenda related tasks.

Reporting line and location

This role will report to our Executive Group HR Assistant. The position is a based in Pozuelo de Alarcón (Spain's HQ - Madrid)

Requirements and competencies


We are looking for a high potential, proactive and solution-oriented individual focused on driving value to the business who is looking for a challenging yet rewarding job.

  • 2-5 years’ experience supporting a C level executive, or other similar senior-level executive roles.
  • Experience with an international company strongly preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point), Adobe Acrobat, AudioVisual systems and Social Media web platforms.
  • Flexibility
  • Expert level written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish. French is a plus.
