About This Role
We are in search for Ground Instructors on Global 7500 that are ready to take their existing experience as an aviation professional and transform their skills and knowledge into a world-class subject matter expert. In the GSI role, you will have the opportunity to lead clients through their training with the benefit of working close to home!
GSI's will work alongside our client partners, providing expert Ground School instruction (classroom-based instruction), and you will be responsible for the upkeep of accurate and concise trainee records. You will also get to work with top of the range equipment and the very latest aircraft technologies.

Skilled in mentoring and developing industry colleagues
Qualifications
Responsible for delivering instruction during ground training phase of initial and recurrent courses using VSIM.
Delivering instruction on IPT during initial ground school.
Previous instructional experience
Must read, speak, and converse in English at a high level
A keen eye for detail in training delivery – you must be willing to maintain accurate and timely records in accordance with CAE policy and requirements
Basic computer proficiency – Microsoft Office and other internet-based programs
Flexibility to commit to a full-time work pattern
Must live in commutable distance to the Training Centre in Dubai
The right to live and work in UAE
Prepared to spend a period of time outside of UAE to undertake initial type ratings if required
