The Opportunity

This position works out of our location Dubai in the Rapid and Molecular Diagnostics division.

Divisional Information

Our rapid diagnostic solutions are used in hospitals, laboratories, and clinics around the globe. The crucial information derived from our tests, instruments, and informatics systems is often the first step in patient care decision-making for hundreds of health conditions from heart attacks to blood disorders to infectious diseases and cancers. 

Role Purpose:
The Commercial Supply Chain Excellence Lead plays a key role in driving the transformation of the EMEA Supply Chain into a data-driven, performance-focused, and customer-oriented organization. Reporting directly to the Regional Director, the role leads the design and execution of commercial supply chain processes, data insights, and governance models that enable operational excellence, improved visibility, and business agility.

This position combines strategic vision with operational execution and requires a supply chain expert leader with strong analytical, digital, and cross-functional collaboration skills to drive sustainable process improvements and embed a culture of excellence across the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure flawless order-to-cash execution and service delivery; lead root-cause analysis for OTIF targets.
  • Design and standardize supply chain processes; implement continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Define KPIs, SLAs, and governance routines; manage issue resolution and performance reviews.
  • Collaborate with commercial, finance, quality, and logistics; lead S&OE forums and change management.
  • Develop and coach a small team; foster high-performance culture and future-ready capabilities.
  • Build Power BI dashboards and control tower for EMEA visibility; translate data into actionable insights.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s in Supply Chain/Engineering/Business (Master’s preferred).
  • 10+ years in supply chain management with expertise in analytics, process excellence, and ERP (SAP).
  • Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Proficiency in Power BI, advanced Excel; experience in matrix, multicultural environments.
