Green Channel Operations Intern

Role Summary- As a Green Channel Operations Intern at Payoneer, you will gain hands-on exposure to cross-border eCommerce platforms, global marketplaces, and industry policy trends. Through daily operational work and data-driven tasks, you will build a solid understanding of marketplace operations, seller onboarding processes, and cross-border fintech solutions—while strengthening your analytical thinking, execution skills, and problem-solving abilities.

What you’ll do

  • Support Green Channel daily operations
    • Collect, organize, and summarize operational and business data
    • Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and timeliness
  • Data analysis & reporting
    • Use Excel for data analysis, statistics, and dashboard preparation
    • Create PPT materials for business updates, operational summaries, and internal reports
    • Maintain clear documentation and filing of operational materials
  • Marketplace application coordination
    • Assist with seller onboarding and marketplace application processes
    • Respond to basic inquiries with patience and professionalism
    • Understand seller needs and support issue resolution efficiently
  • Process optimization & industry awareness
    • Track Green Channel business progress and marketplace dynamics
    • Stay informed on cross-border eCommerce and platform trends
    • Proactively identify small improvements to enhance operational efficiency

Who you are

  • Education & availability
    • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
    • Able to work at least 3 days per week (5 days preferred)
  • Data & tools proficiency
    • Strong Excel skills (formulas, data analysis, summaries)
    • Solid PPT skills for structured and clear presentations
    • Strong ability to organize, summarize, and manage documents
  • Language skills
    • Good English reading and writing skills
    • Able to handle English business documents and basic communication
  • Work mindset & learning ability
    • Proactive, responsible, and detail-oriented
    • Strong self-learning ability and curiosity about new topics
    • Comfortable handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Communication & teamwork
    • Strong empathy and listening skills
    • Good communication and coordination ability
    • Collaborative team player with a service-oriented mindset
  • Interest & experience (preferred)
    • Strong interest in cross-border eCommerce and fintech
    • Prior internship experience in operations, data analysis, or business support is a plus
