Graphics Coordinator

Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Graphics Coordinator to join our team in the artificial turf manufacturing sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating material flow and processes, ensuring that both upstream and downstream operations maintain high efficiency levels. This role will involve planning based on orders, capacity, and manpower, alongside various administrative tasks to support seamless operations.

Essential Functions:

  • Oversee the flow of materials throughout all department processes to ensure optimal efficiency and timely production.
  • Participate in production planning meetings with department leadership and supply chain team to maintain department efficiency by evaluating current orders, production capacity, and available manpower.
  • Monitor and update Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to assess operational efficiency and identify areas for improvement.
  • Validate metrics and ensure accurate reporting for all processes.
  • Track and report on inventory levels of raw materials and consumables, and work with the purchasing team to ensure adequate inventory levels are maintained.
  • Issue materials and labor as necessary for all jobs and processes.
  • Responsible for printing inventory, Work in Progress (WIP), and finished goods labels for inventory tracking.
  • Review and ensure all Work Instructions and Standard Operating Procedures (WISOPs) are current, organized, and accessible.
  • Generate new WISOPs as needed for new equipment, processes, or best practices.
  • Lead department-specific projects aimed at enhancing operational effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Work with Inventory team to root cause all material discrepancies and work with department leadership to institute countermeasures

Education:

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred but not required; or one to three years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
