Job Description

The Global Program Operations Manager owns and operates the execution backbone of global commercial programs within the Global Industry Accounts (GIA) organization. You will sit within Commercial Operations and serve as the single point of accountability for translating global industry sales strategy and program intent into clear operating models, governance, processes, and field‑ready tools.

You will manage the daily operational ownership of foundational global programs. These programs include the Global Account Program, account planning execution, executive sponsor engagement, and cross-industry sales processes. You will ensure that these programs are well-defined and scalable across regions. We measure success through program clarity, field adoption, execution discipline, and our on‑time completion of defined program cadences and governance cycles.

In addition to running core programs, you will partner with sales leadership, regional operations, and Commercial Operations COEs to identify execution gaps, and support global go‑to‑market evolution. This position is not a strategy‑only or advisory role; it operationalizes programs, maintaining governance, and ensuring global commercial projects work in practice, not just in design. You will report to the Director, Commercial Operations and have a hybrid schedule working in Milwaukee, WI or any one of our business locations in the US.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Global Account Program Operations
    • Oversee the end‑to‑end operating model for the Global Account Program, including:
    • Account planning execution standards
    • Annual and inyear planning cadences
    • Executive Sponsor engagement model
    • Translate program requirements into practical sales tools, including templates, playbooks, timelines, governance decks, and FAQs used by Global Account Managers and leaders.
    • Lead the Global Account promote/demote process, including:
    • Define and maintain criteria
    • Manage annual and ad hoc movement cycles
    • Coordinate input
    • Prepare decision materials and leadership communications
    • Be primary Commercial Operations contact for Global Account Managers, industry sales leaders, and regional ops partners related to program execution and interpretation.
    • Monitor program adoption and execution quality, identifying gaps and driving corrective actions through process updates, enablement, or stakeholder engagement.
Global Sales Processes & Cross‑Industry Programs
    • Manage global, cross‑industry commercial processes, such as Wins/Losses and other standardized commercial motions around industry.
    • Create process documentation, workflows, and governance artifacts in Commercial Operations repositories to ensure clarity and version control.
    • Promote agreement across regions to ensure definitions, expectations, and execution, while accounting for regional nuances where required.
    • Partner with enablement, analytics, and operations teams to ensure processes are supported by the right tools, data, and reporting.
    Special Projects & Strategic Initiatives
    • Lead commercial operations projects that align the GIA operating model with the broader GSM go‑to‑market strategy, including:
    • Capacity planning inputs
    • Resource and coverage recommendations
    • Role clarity and operating model improvements
    • Conduct structured analysis to identify execution gaps, inefficiencies, or scaling challenges within global industry programs.
    • Lead cross‑functional, multi‑region projects from concept through implementation, ensuring clear ownership, timelines, and outcomes.
    • Collaborate with Industry VPs, Operations COEs, and partner functions on continuous improvement and transformation projects

The Essentials - You Will Have:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of relevant work
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening.

The Preferred - You Might Also Have:

  • 5+ years of experience in sales, commercial operations, sales operations, or program management within a global commercial organization.
  • Translate complex strategy into clear, applicable processes for sales teams.
  • Program management skills, including governance, stakeholder management, and execution tracking.
  • Operate sales programs, not just design them.
  • Experience supporting global account models or strategic account programs.
  • Familiarity with GIA, GSM, or similar global sales operating models.
  • Background in change management, enablement, or commercial transformation.
  • Experience working across regions with diverse sales cultures and levels.

What We Offer:

  • Health Insurance including Medical, Dental and Vision
  • 401k
