What will you be doing?
- Designing, developing, and maintaining global ENT medical education curricula and learning pathways for healthcare professionals across their education journey
- Creating and updating high quality digital and blended learning content using instructional systems design principles and learning technologies
- Managing end to end medical education programs and projects from concept through delivery, evaluation, and continuous improvement
- Partnering with resident and fellowship programs to support faculty development and expand engagement through innovative educational initiatives
- Collaborating closely with the Global ENT Medical Education team to implement educational and technological strategies that enhance reach and effectiveness
- Establishing content design, review, tracking, and evaluation processes including LMS optimization and analytics driven insights
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key opinion leaders, faculty, societies, and congress partners to ensure consistent global representation
- Coordinating with cross functional teams including marketing, sales training, compliance, regulatory, and platform administrators to deploy approved content globally
- Maintaining oversight of ENT Medical Education content inventories, repositories, and digital asset utilization by geography
What will you need to be successful?
- A bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field
- At least three years of experience in medical technology, medical education program or project management, instructional design, or a comparable combination
- Experience designing and managing medical education programs from concept to evaluation
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles, curriculum development, and learning program evaluation
- Proficiency with LMS platforms, Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and digital content development tools
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with global stakeholders
- Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud including Illustrator, Photoshop, and Premiere Pro is advantageous

The anticipated base compensation range for this position is $97,000 - $137,000 USD annually. The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, and internal equity. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at the high end of the range for their role at Smith + Nephew. Compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each position and candidate. In addition to base pay, we provide competitive bonus and benefits, which include medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401k, tuition reimbursement, medical leave programs, parental leave, and generous PTO, paid company holidays annually and 8 hours of Volunteer time and a variety of wellness offerings such as EAP.
