What You Will Do:
Event Planning & Coordination: Be actively involved in the full event lifecycle, from planning and budget management to post-event analysis. You'll work closely with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure projects run smoothly and meet strict deadlines.
Creative & Strategic Input: Contribute creative and conceptual ideas to fulfill the event brief, align with strategic goals, and deliver an exceptional experience for attendees.
On-Site & Post-Event Support: Play a vital role in ensuring flawless on-site execution by coordinating event staff and suppliers. You will also manage post-event activities, including satisfaction surveys, debriefs, and goal evaluations.

REQUIREMENTS FOR THE EMPLOYEE
Candidates with education suit the position:
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)
Degree in Marketing/Event management/Project management is welcomed.
Language skills:
Personality requirements and skills:
Min. 3 years experience with event management within a marketing department/agency required
Understanding of graphic design and printing processes
Understanding of CRM system is a benefit
Highly organized
Attentive to detail
Remaining calm under pressure
Flexible, self-motivated, energetic
Ability to work independently and as a team player
Passion for event development and execution is crucial
Excellent time management and prioritizing
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong grammar, vocabulary, and reading comprehension in the English language

Excellent interpersonal skills with the polite, professional, and positive manner

Basic wage component (gross): from 1900 EUR
Performance bonus 2 times per year up to 10% of the basic salary paid for the evaluation period (usually 6 months).
