The opportunity:
The Global Architype Lead will own end‑to‑end FP&A which includes revenue recognition, Contract management across the company’s software portfolio, including annual license fees, maintenance/support, consulting/professional services, and SaaS subscription businesses. This role provides strategic financial leadership, partners closely with Sales, Product, Delivery, and Business controllers/Hub controllers and ensures accurate and compliant revenue reporting under IFRS 15 and FARM.
How you’ll make an impact:
- Lead technical accounting and policy application across annual license fees, maintenance/support, consulting/professional services, and SaaS subscription businesses offerings.
- Review and approve contract assessments including identification of performance obligations, SSP allocation, variable consideration, and timing of revenue.
- SSP- Allocating the transaction price across the different performance obligations in a contract based on their Standalone Selling Price (SSP) IFRS 15
- Lead the monthly and quarterly revenue close process, ensuring accuracy.
- Maintain strong SOX /Internal controls over revenue processes.
- Lead interactions with internal and external auditors; and address complex audit related questions.
- Own revenue forecasting models across all business streams (License, Maintenance, SaaS, PS).
- Deliver annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long‑range plans.
- Analyze revenue drivers: bookings, renewals, upsell, usage, pricing/mix, PS utilization.
- Provide insights to improve profitability, cash flow, and margin performance.
- Review non‑standard deals, pricing, discounting, term changes, and bundled offers.
- Provide guidance on commercial constructions such as:
- Ensure commercial decisions are compliant with revenue policy and financially optimal.
- Lead improvements in SAP Hanna and proactively work on system Automation systems (RAR etc.)
- Support and maintain revenue rules, SSP models, and product catalog governance.
- Drive automation and standardization across the Quote‑to‑Cash (Q2C) process.
- Build dashboards for revenue, ARR, forecast accuracy, pipeline conversion, and renewals.
- Lead and mentor a team of analysts within CCC globally.
- Drive capability building in revenue recognition, business partnering, and financial systems.
- Establish a high‑performance culture with focus on accuracy, efficiency, and stakeholder Management.
- To ensure the Stakeholder requirements with zero escalation
- Responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background:
- Should have Qualification into CA/CPA/CMA/MBA
- Must have 5 to 8 years in software/SaaS revenue controlling and commercial finance.
- Strong expertise in IFRS 15, multi‑element arrangements, SaaS metrics, and PS revenue.
- Proven experience on Salse force tool (SFDC) and integration of SFDC with SAP Hana
- Strong understanding of RAR with hands on experience of SAP Hana FICO, Fiori reports
- Advanced Excel/Power BI skills; strong financial modeling capability.
- Local Audit support.
- Ability to partner with senior business leaders with related to financials and forecasting.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
- Proven experience driving harmonization, standardization, and continuous improvement.
- Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required.
