G/FORE is seeking a Men’s Associate Designer to join our Design Team in Raleigh! This is an exciting opportunity to work with a passionate, innovative team leading the golf and activewear industry. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, creative, and eager to contribute to a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Create technical sketches with accurate construction callouts
  • Assist with initial tech pack setup and ongoing maintenance
  • Develop print pitch sheets with color and technique specifications
  • Support special projects and assignments as needed
  • Collaborate with Design Management to create boards, color cards, and decks
  • Provide organizational support, including filing, scanning, and photocopying
  • Review lab dips and submissions for accuracy
  • Communicate with vendors to ensure timely and accurate deliverables
  • Attend fittings and partner with the technical team on garment adjustments

DESIRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Fashion Design or Digital Art
  • 2+ years of experience in a related field or strong internship experience
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop)
  • Basic knowledge of garment construction and fit
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to adapt quickly and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
