G/FORE is seeking a Men’s Associate Designer to join our Design Team in Raleigh! This is an exciting opportunity to work with a passionate, innovative team leading the golf and activewear industry. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, creative, and eager to contribute to a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Create technical sketches with accurate construction callouts
- Assist with initial tech pack setup and ongoing maintenance
- Develop print pitch sheets with color and technique specifications
- Support special projects and assignments as needed
- Collaborate with Design Management to create boards, color cards, and decks
- Provide organizational support, including filing, scanning, and photocopying
- Review lab dips and submissions for accuracy
- Communicate with vendors to ensure timely and accurate deliverables
- Attend fittings and partner with the technical team on garment adjustments

DESIRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s Degree in Fashion Design or Digital Art
- 2+ years of experience in a related field or strong internship experience
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop)
- Basic knowledge of garment construction and fit
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to adapt quickly and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
