About the role:
Reporting to the Senior Geologist or Senior Geology Supervisor, the Geologist or Geologist-in-Training is responsible for contributing to the safe, productive, and cost-effective delivery of EVR’s 2026 exploration and drill projects at EVR’s Mine Operations in the Sparwood area, BC, Canada.
The position(s) are available on a 6-8 month defined term and employment will range from March to October 2026.
To be successful, we are looking for candidates who are dependable, conscientious, and adaptable exploration professionals with a strong technical knowledge of drilling and exploration methods, wireline geophysics, and geological mapping encompassing data and sample collection, storage, and interpretation. A focus on driving results, while maintaining the highest standards in environmental and health & safety performance, as well as a commitment to teamwork and continuous improvement are imperative for success in the role. Specific exploration experience with respect to Coal, and/or Sedimentary Basin geology is strongly valued along with experience in an active open-pit truck and shovel mine operations environment. A significant field contractor management component is expected within the role.
