Set and deliver the portfolio’s commercial strategy, aligning brand plans to PAVE priorities and enterprise goals—and converting strategy into measurable execution.
Build and align the stakeholder network (medical, access, legal/regulatory, agency/partners etc.) so capabilities, resources, and plans come together to hit brand goals.
Identify and quantify new commercial opportunities—turning insights into prioritized plays, clear action plans, and coordinated execution.
