General Responsibilities:
1. Responsible to operate and monitor Fractionation 3 and 3A Plant
2. Carry out log sheet filling and ensure all parameter of process in range
3. Report to the supervisor / foreman if there is deviation of the production process both (quality and parameters process)
4. Perform tasks in accordance with WI
5. Running the 5R function
6. Run Safety Regulation in accordance with applicable policies
7. Implementing the implementation of quality management system (ISO 9001: 2000, ISO 22000: 2005, Halal, SMK3, ISCC system, RSPO, SMART D_Safe, OHSAS 18001, HACCP).
8. Implement PRP with Good and True
9. Responsible in maintaining and maintaining all equipment and equipment in the work area and in Fractionation 3 and 3A location.
10. Responsible to Supervisor / Foreman Refinery.
