Production and VPS manager

Responsibilities:

Production Responsibilities

·  Oversee plant production operations and ensure timely delivery of high-quality parts.

·  Optimize manufacturing processes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

·  Coordinate manpower allocation and production planning to meet targets.

·  Improve production layout for better workflow and resource utilization.

·  Monitor and enhance OEE and production KPIs.

·  Organize and lead daily production meetings.

·  Supervise daily production activities and ensure product quality compliance.

·  Manage Direct Labor (DL) and Indirect Labor (IL) workforce effectively.

·  Participate in quality issue analysis and develop corrective action plans.

·  Ensure availability and readiness of equipment and infrastructure as per annual plans and work instructions.

·  Enforce strict adherence to safety standards and machinery safety protocols.

·  Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing principles (4M approach).

HSE Responsibilities

• Ensure implementation of HSE requirements within the assigned area.
• Conduct and verify station-level safety training for all team members.

VPS Responsibilities

• Lead VPS activities and cost-saving projects to improve operational efficiency.
• Monitor, report, and review team performance on a weekly and monthly basis.
• Manage VPS processes and develop improvement plans.
• Support and follow up on all VPS initiatives to ensure successful execution.

Qualifications:

Bachelor/Master degree ; in Engineering or related field

5 years or more in mul-ti functional department
Ever been manage >20 subordinates
