Foods Thailand HR Business Partner

Main Responsibilities

  • Implement key interventions in line with the People strategy and deploy the Unilever Expertise & Innovation agenda for Foods Thailand business – both commercial and manufacturing.

  • Support the delivery of the people agenda in building a future-fit organization with the key capabilities needed to meet business priorities such as digital, social and AI tech.

  • Build talent intimacy and support the talent agenda including pipelining internally and externally, preparing and running high quality talent forums using relevant data and insights  

  • Lead and provide guidance on organizational design, effectiveness and strategic workforce planning, including overheads management for Foods Thailand.

  • Maintain a grip of key workforce data metrics and data quality, through simplified processes giving instructions to the hub

  • Lead key cyclical people processes – the total End of Year process including Annual Pay Review and performance management including people development forums, goal setting and calibration where necessary.

  • Generate meaningful data insights across various sources/platforms and pro-actively identify HR solutions to business problems, supporting business leads to further their agenda and deliver priority interventions

  • Manage the change and transformation agenda, ensuring IR/ER considerations and implications are considered in different geographies

  • Team leadership, as this role will have direct and indirect team members across HR subfunctions.

Candidate Criteria

Experience & Qualification

  • Minimum 3 years of HR experience, demonstrating a proven track record of delivery in organizational development and change, talent management, performance management and capability development. Direct experience as Factory HR will be beneficial.

  • Strong project management skills with demonstrated ability to successfully lead and deliver complex projects within a matrix organization

  • Comfortable working autonomously and dealing with ambiguity.

  • Have the adaptability and resilience to balance short-term and long-term priorities.

  • Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills, able to deliver through others, working through HR colleagues across the region and even across the globe.

  • Able to use data and insight to unlock new opportunities that generate value. Possesses fluency in data, understanding which metrics are important, where insights can be drawn to identify potential opportunities and interventions to support the People Strategy. 

  • Customer focus and proactive to self-start on various issues.

  • A change agent who can support transformation of both organization and culture.

  • Self-aware, and focused on their development.

  • A supportive and collaborative team leader and player.
