- Churn Prevention & Win-Back: Optimize and implement targeted churn-prevention and win-back playbooks for early-life customers and core repeat buyers. Use behavioral insights to proactively reduce churn risk.
- Data and Operational Excellence: Build and maintain dashboards that track activation, retention, and cohort health. Monitor performance closely, identify trends or anomalies, and mobilize cross-functional solutions quickly.
- Technical & Platform Innovation: Maximize the value of Iterable and related lifecycle tools. Introduce AI-driven automation to improve personalization, segmentation, and campaign performance.
- Performance-Driven Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of lifecycle specialists, elevating the function from campaign execution to measurable business impact. Foster strong cross-functional collaboration across Marketing, Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Analytics.
