WinnCompanies is searching for a General Maintenance Technician - Flooring Specialist II to join our military housing team at Fort Campbell, KY.
In this role, you will perform high velocity, production quality installations of floors, primarily during COM (Change of Occupancy Maintenance), while also performing repairs, cleaning, or installations, either at COM or as resident service requests.
You will also install carpet, carpet tiles, VCT, LVT, vinyl, linoleum, or other flooring materials and ensure that all service is performed safely and results in favorable customer feedback.
