Job Summary: You will serve as a Financial Management Analyst in the Program Management Support Division, Business & Financial Operations Department of NAVAIRWARCENAC DIV.

Major Duties:

  • You will provide business and financial management guidance for the acquisition of multi-warfare area training systems.
  • You will formulate budgets and develop spend plans in accordance with published financial directives.
  • You will utilize Navy ERP to analyze financial reports and review procurement requests for regulatory compliance.
  • You will interpret funding requirements and financial policy to provide guidance on the proper use of funds.
  • You will compile and analyze reports to monitor budget execution and provide advice to keep spending on track.

Qualifications: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-11/12) or pay band (DA-04) in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate duties related to the following: 1) Providing business and financial management support, analysis, advice, and guidance for acquisition of training systems for multiple warfare areas; 2) Formulating budgets and developing spend plans in accordance with published guidance; 3) Utilizing Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (Navy ERP) or similar system for financial reports analysis and procurement request review, ensuring compliance with technical, business, and fiduciary requirements and fiscal regulations; 4) Interpreting funding requirements, financial policy, and regulations to provide guidance on fiduciary compliance as it relates to execution and proper use of funds; 5) Compiling and analyzing reports to monitor execution and provide advice to keep budget on track.
