Responsibilities

· Will work within the RTX Enterprise Services Business Services Finance group and will be responsible for the delivery of all accounting activities relating to accounts payables, accounts receivables, and general accounting, including verifying, classifying, and recording of journal entries, reclassification entries, review of expense ledgers, and provisions analysis data.

· Manage and execute monthly analysis and reconciliations of balance sheet accounts; analyze financial information, prepare reports, and verify accuracy.

· Verify and investigate discrepancies, if any, by reconciling customer accounts and monthly customer statements.

· Generate and publish reports detailing accounts receivables, accounts payables, provisions ageing, analysis and action plans.

· Understand General Ledger (G/Ls) accounts and cost centers mapping.

· Drive targeted service level agreement (SLA) and accomplish daily.

. Prepare GST filing report, Cash Book, Cash Flow, Netter report & Invoice validations.

Experience

· Bachelor’s degree with minimum 4+ years of work experience specifically in Record to Report activities.

· Working knowledge of SAP, MS Excel, PowerPoint, Blackline, One Stream.

Required Education

· Bachelor’s degree in commerce from a recognized university.

Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products.

Hybrid: Employees who are working in Hybrid roles will work regularly both onsite and offsite. Ratio of time working onsite will be determined in partnership with your leader.

Remote: Employees who are working in Remote roles will work primarily offsite (from home). If you live within a reasonable commute of an RTX site with other colleagues you interact with, your manager will discuss whether there is a degree of onsite presence associated with this role.

Candidates will learn more about role type and current site status throughout the recruiting process. For onsite and hybrid roles, commuting to and from the assigned site is the employee’s personal responsibility.

Requires theoretical knowledge typically obtained through University Degree. Limited to some knowledge of RTX organization.

Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and less than 2 years prior relevant experience.

Engineering/Other Technical Positions: Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 2 years of prior relevant experience unless prohibited by local laws/regulations.
