Compensation may vary based on the job level and your geographic work location. Relocation support is offered for eligible candidates.

The Financial Analyst is responsible for forecasting and reporting for our CONNECT operating company. You will be responsible for running the modeling used to forecast out the production for our CONNECT business. You will also be responsible for the financial management reporting. You will report to the Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis.

In this flex office/home role, you will be expected to work a minimum of 10 days per month from one of the following office locations: Madison, WI 53783; Boston, MA 02110; Denver, CO 80112; Eden Prairie, MN 55343; Keene, NH 03431; St. Joseph, MO 64507; Phoenix, AZ 85034

Primary Accountabilities

  • You will develop and perform standardized cost-benefit analysis to help prioritize projects.
  • You will develop and maintain process to analyze in-flight projects for efficiency and budget adherence.
  • You will partner with the product and marketing teams to maintain a rolling volume forecast.
  • You will assist with financial and operational reporting to management and other operating companies.
  • You will provide ad-hoc analysis to support business decisions and support management across the organization.
  • You will assist in the development and maintenance of metrics/scorecards that measure the company's execution of its strategic focus areas.
     

Specialized Knowledge & Skills Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience providing customer-driven solutions, support or service.
  • Demonstrated experience in financial statement and management reporting.
  • Demonstrated experience performing financial and operational analysis.
  • Solid knowledge and understanding of forecasting techniques, statistical analysis, data modeling, and data mining.
  • Solid knowledge and understanding of insurance accounting and operations.
  • Travel requirements up to 5%.
