Under our Finance Department, you will be joining our Finance Data & Systems (FDS) Team.

Responsibilities

• Daily operational actions in Finance system

• Perform data quality checks and maintenance in Finance systems

• Building of statistical reports (data analytics) and report preparation

• Involve in transformation processes to maximise workplace efficiency, including writing of policies, SOP’s and documentations

• Involve any other ad-hoc duties, projects or automation initiatives as assigned

Requirements

• Finance / Data Science / Business Analytics students from local or overseas universities preferred from local or overseas universities preferred

• Proficiency in PowerBI / Power Automate / Power Apps / Alteryx would be an advantage

• Familiarity with current technologies, including Microsoft Copilot and ChatGPT, as well as experience in prompting, is advantageous

• Are keen to develop themselves in the profession

• Are highly motivated, enthusiastic, confident and creative

• Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Are service-oriented and committed to teamwork and excellence
