Position Summary
As Finance Enterprise Partner (FEP) you will serve as key business partner to the commercial and disease area organization, you will leverage your business understanding combined with financial expertise in driving initiatives forward that are critical to delivering our strategy.
Also as FEP you will support the network building across the organization, share best practices, co-create solutions that generate value for the affiliate, the enterprise and the customer, and leverage the skills and experience within the organization. You are a trusted thought partner to business stakeholders along the whole value chain, and have close contact with customers, where you will ensure efficient resource allocation and maximum impact along the customer journey.
Your Responsibilities:
Partner with the business and support co-lead touchpoints throughout the whole customer journey with an enterprise mindset.
Balance resource allocation across competing priorities and provide advice on financial implications of proposed business activities
Key partner for commercial business related processes such as business planning, opportunity prioritization and creative strategies for revenue generation.
Ensure financials are on track to achieve targeted business results and metrics, or advise on deviations and corrective actions
Participate in FEP communities to learn, share and implement best practices across markets
Support the business and customers in co-creating new business models, quantifying value, and providing pricing transparency
Stimulate behaviors across the organization aligned with financial objectives.
Monitor and manage customer performance over the whole contract life cycle with a profitability and outcomes based perspective.
Propose & drive ideas for P&L improvement - esp. upsell opportunities, efficiency/waste improvement, risk reduction, channel filling etc.
Play active part in ensuring sustainable commercial deals by considering risk evaluation, competitor assumptions and implementing sustainable pricing strategies
Stay abreast of and scan the internal and external business landscape for trends, issues and opportunities to create value
Participate in squads and cross-chapter teams to address high-priority projects with end-to-end responsibility.
Work closely with Finance Excellence Partners to enable better customer experience and business impact along the customer journey
