Finance & Audit Support (Part-Time)

Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated student to support the Group Finance team during reporting and audit periods.

The role combines audit coordination, follow-up of key action points, preparation of supporting documentation, and hands-on support in IFRS-based accounting and consolidation activities.

This is a great opportunity to gain real exposure to Group IFRS reporting and external audit in an international environment.

Key Responsibilities

Audit Coordination

  • Maintain audit request tracker (open points)
  • Maintain structured audit documentation and supporting files
  • Follow up with local finance teams and ensure timely delivery
  • Support letter confirmations
  • Assist in consolidation package preparation
  • Support the team with ad-hoc tasks related to the audit process

IFRS & Accounting Support

  • Support balance sheet reviews and reconciliations
  • Prepare analyses for selected P&L and BS items
  • Help document accounting treatments and technical memos

Candidate Profile

  • University student in Finance, Accounting or Economics
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles (IFRS knowledge is a plus)
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Detail-oriented, structured and reliable
  • Good communication skills
  • English required
