Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated student to support the Group Finance team during reporting and audit periods.
The role combines audit coordination, follow-up of key action points, preparation of supporting documentation, and hands-on support in IFRS-based accounting and consolidation activities.
This is a great opportunity to gain real exposure to Group IFRS reporting and external audit in an international environment.
Key Responsibilities
Audit Coordination
- Maintain audit request tracker (open points)
- Maintain structured audit documentation and supporting files
- Follow up with local finance teams and ensure timely delivery
- Support letter confirmations
- Assist in consolidation package preparation
- Support the team with ad-hoc tasks related to the audit process
IFRS & Accounting Support
- Support balance sheet reviews and reconciliations
- Prepare analyses for selected P&L and BS items
- Help document accounting treatments and technical memos
Candidate Profile
- University student in Finance, Accounting or Economics
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles (IFRS knowledge is a plus)
- Strong Excel skills
- Detail-oriented, structured and reliable
- Good communication skills
- English required
