Description -

We are looking for a high-performing Specialist to join the CFO Office, bringing 6–8 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) and Program Management Office (PMO) functions. This role will directly support finance leadership by driving financial insights, governance rigor, and strategic execution across key initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and variance analysis processes to support executive decision-making.
  • Develop insightful financial models and scenario analyses to evaluate business performance and investment decisions.
  • Support CFO Office priorities by driving governance, tracking strategic initiatives, and ensuring milestone adherence.
  • Prepare executive-level dashboards, board-ready presentations, and performance summaries.
  • Partner with cross-functional finance and business teams to align on targets, risks, and opportunities.
  • Drive process improvements to enhance reporting accuracy, transparency, and efficiency.

Key Qualifications:

  • 6–8 years of relevant experience in FP&A and/or PMO roles.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling; experience with reporting tools preferred.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
